Website Use

Quote forms are requests, not confirmed purchases. A completed Stripe payment creates a paid order.
Custom orders remain subject to artwork review, material availability, and production fit. KM2 will contact you if a paid selection cannot be produced as submitted.
Minimum order quantities may apply to selected products and models.
Online prices include local pickup unless a Shippo rate is selected and shown before payment. Larger or unusual shipments require a quote.

Email codes provide combined account creation and sign-in. Codes expire and can be used only once.
Orders are linked only when the verified account email matches the email entered during KM2 checkout. Orders already owned by another account are never transferred automatically.
Order status in the account describes payment and refund records only. It does not promise production or shipping progress.

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; KM2 does not receive your full card number.
Review model, color, quantity, and contact details before paying. Contact KM2 promptly if a change is needed.
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. The customer is responsible for entering a complete delivery address.
Custom production begins only after KM2 confirms artwork and order details. Refund or remake decisions account for whether custom production has started.

You confirm you have rights to any logo, artwork, or content submitted for engraving.
KM2 may reject requests that appear to violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KM2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
